Cooper III will host a Fairfield Forum at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday\, Oct.15 at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center\, 1440 N. Laburnum Ave. \nAttendees will learn about resources for older adults\, the county’s budget process and voter registration and early voting for the Nov. 3 general election. \nThose unable to attend in-person may join via WebEx online.
