DESCRIPTION:Event Update – July 4th event is CANCELLED\nA Henrico Fourth at Crump Park has been cancelled due to the extreme heat and increasing potential for evening storms. The decision is made out of an abundance of caution for the safety of guests\, performers\, vendors\, staff and others. \n\n\nJuly 4\, 2026\, signifies the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence (July 4\, 1776)\, which also marks the 250th birthday of the United States of America. So large a birthday\, it could not be contained to one day! We’re having a two-day celebration at two different parks. \nFriday\, July 3: Dorey Park from 7-10pm \nSaturday\, July 4: Crump Park from 6-10pm \nPlease note: These festivities are intended to be welcoming and fun for everyone. Individuals\, families and groups are encouraged to attend. All children and teens should remain accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian. \nQuestions? Free admission & parking.\n6:00pm: Event begins.\n6-8:00pm: Kids Zone & History Area (CANCELLED)\n9:30pm: Food trucks close.\n9:30pm: Laser Light Show begins.\n*Schedule subject to change.\n\n*Please note: The finale is a laser-light show set to music.
