DESCRIPTION:Explore the legacy of Virginia Randolph and her students—from early forestry efforts to modern farm stands\, classic auto mechanics to a vintage car show. Enjoy museum tours\, a kids’ zone\, a H.O.R.S.E. competition\, and local vendors. Information: sch107@henrico.gov \n\nHere are a few examples of what we’ll have:\n\n\n-1942\, Sack races/ field day > An inflatable\, train ride\, and H.O.R.S.E. competition.\n-1963\, Auto Mechanics class > Antique Automobile Club of America will have a small car show and stations for kids to learn about car mechanics.\n-Library Club > Henrico County Public Library\n-1946\, Jr. Red Cross Council > American Red Cross\n-1965\, the school had a class artist > Virginia Museum of Fine Arts\n-Student firefighters > Henrico Fire\n-Work besties > Maggie L. Walker National Historic Site\n-Farm stands > Apple butter and cider making demonstrations by Agriberry Farm and CSA. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nThere will be food for purchase from Seldenconcessionsllc.\n\n\n\nYou can park at either The Academy at Virginia Randolph or the softball complex. There will be a police officer to help cross Mountain Road.
