DESCRIPTION:Individuals 60+ are invited to participate in our annual Fall Prevention Festival on September 10th\, 2025\, from 10 am until 12 pm at the Oak Avenue Complex located at 15 S. Oak Avenue\, Highland Springs\, VA 23075. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring their medication lists and mobility devices for review while participating in health screenings\, consultations and games. \nThis collaborative event is supported by Henrico County’s Outreach & Engagement Agency\, Henrico Division of Fire\, VCU Health and Henrico Doctors’ Hospital. \nRegister at 804-501-5065 or agingadvocate@henrico.gov.
