DESCRIPTION:In partnership with HCA Healthcare\, VCU Health\, and Henrico Division of Fire\, we invite you to meet local vendors\, participate in health and wellness assessments\, and receive free health screenings to learn about fall prevention while having fun! Hearing screenings\, blood pressure checks\, gait and balance evaluations\, and in-home fall prevention strategies will be provided.
