This requirement is for visitors as well as employees, regardless of their vaccination status.
This requirement is based on recent recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Richmond and Henrico Health Districts. It is made in light of the local spread of the delta variant of the virus and a recent increase of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations in Henrico and across the region.
