Panzera named executive director of Henrico CASA

Henrico County Court Appointed Special Advocates Inc. (Henrico CASA) has named Jeannine Panzera to serve as its executive director, overseeing a program to provide court representation for children who have experienced neglect, abuse and other trauma.
