Magisterial District: Fairfield Tuckahoe

The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including:

Funding the design for modifying and improving pedestrian signals and crosswalks at the intersections at Rt 301 (Chamberlayne Road) & Diane Lane and Horsepen Road & Patterson Avenue. The design and construction of these accommodations will be administered by VDOT.

Estimated Schedule:
Design began Jun-2023. Right-of-way acquisition is not anticipated. Utility relocation is not anticipated. Advertisement for construction is anticipated 3rd Quarter, 2024 Construction is anticipated 4th Quarter, 2024.
