The purpose of this study is to develop a 10% conceptual design for pedestrian and cyclist improvements along Gayton Road between Pump Road and John Rolfe Parkway (approx. 1.5 miles). Primary focus will be on portions of Gayton Road that do not have pedestrian / cyclist facilities within these project termini.
