Project Description: This project consists of installing approximately 1,100 LF of concrete sidewalk along the western side of N. Parham Road from Holly Hill Road to Weldon Drive.

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year)

Design began in January 2023.  Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to begin 4th Quarter, 2024.   Utility relocation is anticipated to begin in 2025. Advertisement for construction is anticipated for 2025.  Construction to begin in 2025.

Progress to Date

• A public information meeting for this project was held Wednesday, May 8th from 5:30- 7 pm at Ridge Elementary School, 8910 Three Chopt Rd. Henrico, VA 23229. Meeting documents can be found below.
