Wilkinson Road Culvert Replacement

The County of Henrico will be constructing three bridges over Upham Brook between Wilkinson Estates Drive and Pony Farm Drive.  The following improvements will be constructed, including:

• Removal or abandonment in place of the five existing box culverts within the project area. 
• Construction of a 70-foot single span bridge and two 40-foot single span bridges on existing alignment. 
• Improvements to the bridge approach roadways within the project corridor. 
• Improvements to the guardrail system.
