Henrico County 2022-23 Annual Consolidated Community Development Action Plan- as Amended September 30, 2023
The Annual Action Plan is submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The Plan describes how the County intends to use its allocation of CDBG, HOME and ESG funds in 2022-23 and the outcomes expected utilizing these funds. (Amended September 30, 2023)
