Henrico is thriving, despite continued challenges from COVID-19. “We have leaned into these headwinds and found ways to continue to advance our priorities, to refine and, in some instances, reinvent how we provide services and do everything – and I do mean everything – to protect our community’s health and well-being,” County Manager John A.
