POD, Site Plan and Subdivision Review
Beginning with applications filed after September 1, 2021, and with implementation of the updated zoning code approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 22, 2021, Plans of Development, Site Plans and Subdivisions will be processed in accordance with new procedures. Monthly filing deadlines for 2021 will remain in place as noted on the Planning Commission’s POD and Subdivision calendar for the remainder of 2021. Cases eligible for approval on the Director’s Agenda will be processed in accordance with administrative procedures. Cases requiring Planning Commission action will be included on the Planning Commission’s monthly evening agenda. The Planning Commission calendar for 2022 includes one meeting per month for all applications requiring Planning Commission action.
