DESCRIPTION:Henrico Outreach & Engagement is partnering with The Span Center and the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation to offer free legal services for eligible older adults 55+\, persons with disabilities (over age 18)\, caregivers and those receiving hospice care. Participants will receive a simple Will\, Durable Power of Attorney and an Advance Medical Directive. \nMonthly Income Eligibility Requirements: Single Person Household: $5\,216 or less; Two Person Household: $7\,050 or less \nRegistration is required to receive an appointment. For more information\, call Candi May with The Span Center at (804) 871-0225. \nLaw Day is sponsored by the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation and The Span Center. All documents will be prepared and executed on-site. Legal services are provided by volunteer attorneys. A current Government photo ID is required.
