DESCRIPTION:The Henrico Police Animal Shelter is hosting a hiring event on Sunday\, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 10421 Woodman Road for interested applicants for Animal Care Assistant positions. This role is a civilian part-time position focused on the daily care of pets at the county shelter. \nAttendees will get the chance to meet the shelter staff\, tour the facility and learn more about the day-to-day work of an Animal Care Assistant. \nDuring the open house\, attendees can also start the application process and undergo preliminary interviews.
