County agencies are looking to fill dozens of positions!
Henrico will hold a job fair Tuesday, Jan. 16 to launch its “Build Your Career, Better Your Community” hiring campaign, which highlights the county’s comprehensive benefits package and the advantages of careers in public service.
The fair, which is free and open to all job seekers, will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. at the administrative office of the Division of Recreation & Parks, 6800 Staples Mill Road. Henrico is looking to fill dozens of vacant positions, which are posted at henrico.us/services/jobs.
Among others, the following departments and agencies will have representatives at the job fair: the Division of Fire, Police Division, Sheriff’s Office, James River Juvenile Detention Center, Division of Recreation & Parks, Office of Elections & Voter Registration, Department of Public Works, Department of Public Utilities, Department of Emergency Management & Workplace Safety, Henrico County Public Library, Department of Emergency Communications, Henrico Area Mental Health & Developmental Services, Department of Social Services, Internal Audit and Capital Region Workforce Partnership.
