Historically Speaking: The CCC & Creation of Ft. Harrison

Join staff from Richmond National Battlefield Park as we explore the history of the Civilian Conservation Corps in Henrico County. In the 1930s this group cleared the grounds and laid the foundation for what became the National Park at Fort Harrison. We’ll also discuss how historic preservation has evolved over the years since the 1930s. The presentation will include photos and reprints of CCC publications.
