Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a constituent meeting Monday, Feb. 17 to discuss Henrico County Public Schools with new Superintendent Patrick C. Kinlaw.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center, 1440 N. Laburnum Ave. Thornton and Kinlaw will give a slide presentation on the achievements of Henrico’s schools and their vision for the future. A question-and-answer period will follow.
