Email addresses now end with henrico.gov

The henrico.us address will continue to function and all requests to ‘.us’ for both web and email will be redirected to the new ‘.gov’ address.

Electronic payment information

Customers who pay their Henrico County taxes and bills by credit card or electronic check should begin using a different website and phone number — https://ipn.paymentus.com/cp/hnro and 1-855-748-6015 — as of March 1.

Henrico is now using Paymentus to process electronic payments for real estate and personal property taxes, utilities, building inspection fees, business licenses, parking tickets and other county bills. Customers will not be able to make payments through the previous service provider, Official Payments, after March 1.
