The henrico.us address will continue to function and all requests to ‘.us’ for both web and email will be redirected to the new ‘.gov’ address.

Henrico County offices, facilities to close Tuesday; courts to open on schedule

Due to expected inclement weather from Tropical Storm Isaias, all Henrico County general government offices and facilities will be closed Tuesday, Aug. 4. All county courts will open on schedule.

Trash pickup is canceled for Tuesday. Pickup will occur on a one-day delay during the week, weather permitting. The public-use areas at the Springfield Road and Charles City Road landfills also will be closed Tuesday.

Residents are encouraged to remain home if possible. To report road concerns, call the Henrico Department of Public Works at 727-8300. To report a downed electrical line, call Dominion Energy at 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357).
