Ridgefield Parkway Sidewalk, Phase III

Magisterial District: Tuckahoe

The County of Henrico will be installing sidewalk along Ridgefield Parkway between Lauderdale Drive and Gayton Road. This section of sidewalk is Phase 3 of the overall Ridgefield Parkway Sidewalk project and is connecting to existing sidewalk at the Ridgefield Parkway and Gayton Road intersection. Approximately 1,700 feet of sidewalk will be constructed.
Estimated Schedule: (Month Year)
Design is underway. Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to begin in the 3rd Quarter, 2024. Utility relocation begins in the 4th Quarter, 2024. Advertisement for construction is anticipated for 2025. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
