Henrico’s Advocate for the Aging is hosting a Heart Health Crafternoon. We will be reviewing heart-healthy strategies with Jamie Smiley from Benchmark Senior Solutions, and crafting some beautiful Valentine’s Day Cards on Thursday, February 8th from 2-3 pm at Belmont Recreation Center.
