Volunteer attorneys through the Richmond Bar Foundation will draft Wills, Power of Attorneys and Advanced Medical Directives for free.
To be eligible, you must be 55+, disabled, a caregiver or receiving hospice care. You must also meet income requirements: Single Person Household: $5,216 or less; Two Person Household: $7,050 or less.
