Restricted License requests are handled on a walk-in basis Monday thru Friday.
Petitions must be filed in person.
Petitions filed by 12:00 pm will be ready for pick-up the next business day between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm.
Petitions filed after 12:00 pm will be ready for pick-up in 2 business days between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm.
Please BRING the following items when you petition for a restricted license:
- DMV Compliance summary (dated within 7 days)
- DMV Driving record (dated within 7 days)
- ASAP Letter (if needed)
- Work hours, work address,
- School and medical address
***Any restricted licenses NOT picked up within 7 days will be destroyed.***
