Henrico County Board of Supervisors Chairman and Fairfield District Supervisor Frank J. Thornton will hold a constituent meeting Wednesday, Feb. 21 to highlight Henrico’s police officer recruiting efforts and GRTC Transit System’s RideFinders program.
Thornton will be joined by representatives of the Henrico Police Division and Von Tisdale, executive director of RideFinders.
