Henrico Public Utilities to hold virtual, in-person job fair Nov. 7

The Henrico County Department of Public Utilities (DPU) will host a virtual and in-person job fair from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 7 to highlight opportunities in refuse collection.

The fair is open to the public at no cost. Details, including how to register for an interview, are online. The in-person event will be held at the Public Utilities Operations Center, 10401 Woodman Road. Attendees will be required to wear face coverings and follow other public health guidelines for limiting spread of COVID-19.

Job opportunities involve heavy equipment operation and manual labor in DPU’s Solid Waste Division.
