The henrico.us address will continue to function and all requests to ‘.us’ for both web and email will be redirected to the new ‘.gov’ address.

Eastridge ramp, underpass to Regency closing permanently March 1

The Eastridge Road ramp and underpass, which provide access to the Regency mall from northbound North Parham Road, will close permanently Wednesday, March 1.

The Henrico County Department of Public Works will close the ramp and underpass at 9 a.m. to begin work to improve the bridge and backfill the underpass. Motorists traveling north on North Parham will continue to be able to access Regency via Holly Hill Road.

The ramp and underpass closures are part of the ongoing redevelopment of the Regency property. They also are planned due to new bridge requirements and will alleviate the need to post a weight restriction on the bridge to meet current standards.
