Anoka Road Traffic Calming

Several meetings between Henrico County and citizens within the affected area took place to discuss concerns about vehicle speeds and possible traffic calming solutions. After a review of the streets, DPW has determined that speed cushions will be installed on Anoka Road, Bronwood Road, Fordson Road, and Alvarado Road.

A roundabout will be installed at the intersection of Fordson Road and Anoka Road/Bronwood Road.  Installation of the devices will be done this winter by a county contractor.
