Chamberlayne Farms Sanitary Sewer Project

The Chamberlayne Farms/Chamberlayne Hills Sewer Project is to maintain the reliability of the sewer collection system by replacing or rehabilitating deteriorated sewer piping installed in the 1960’s.  

Scope of Work:

• Rehabilitate approximately 6.6 miles of sewer piping
• Replace approximately 900 linear feet of sewer piping
• Replace/rehabilitate approximately 435 sanitary sewer service laterals
• Repave the area of the streets where “open cutting” is performed upon completion of the utility work.
