Laburnum Ave. Mobility Study

This study will review existing conditions and determine optimal solutions for filling in sidewalk gaps along a 7,000 LF segment of Laburnum Ave. The Laburnum Ave. segment will extend from its eastern most limit at Carolina Ave. up to the Richmond City line to the west between North Ave. and Chatham Ave.
