Nuckols Rd Pedestrian Improvements

Magisterial District: Brookland

Design and construct sidewalk on the north side of Nuckols Road between Springfield Rd and Capital One Way. Work will include crosswalks and pedestrian signals at the Nuckols Road and Capital One Way intersection.
Estimated Schedule: (Month Year)
Design began in 2023. Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to begin in 4th quarter of 2024. Utility relocation is anticipated to begin in 2025. Advertisement for construction is anticipated to begin in 2025. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
