Magisterial District: Brookland

The County of Henrico will be constructing the following improvements, including:

Constructing a turnaround at the north end of Winfrey Road prior to the Dominion Power Transmission Corridor.
This project is adjacent to the Fall Line Trail Northern Section project being administered by VDOT.

Design began June 2023.
Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to begin Q3, 2024.
Utility is anticipated to begin Q3, 2024.
Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
