Winfrey Road Cul de sac

The County of Henrico will be constructing the following improvements, including: 

• ​​Constructing a turnaround at the north end of Winfrey Road prior to the Dominion Power Transmission Corridor. 
• ​This project is adjacent to the Fall Line Trail Northern Section project being administered by VDOT. ​ 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design began June 2023.
• Right-of-way acquisition is anticipated to begin ​Q3, 2024. 
• Utility is anticipated to begin Q3, 2024.
• Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
