Winfrey Road Cul de sac

The County of Henrico will be constructing the following improvements:

• ​​A new cul-de-sac turnaround at the north end of Winfrey Road prior to the Dominion Power Transmission Corridor. 
• ​This project is adjacent to the Fall Line Trail Northern Section project being administered by VDOT. ​ 

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year) 

• Design is underway.
• Right-of-way acquisition is underway.
• Utility relocation is anticipated beginning Q1, 2025.
• Advertisement is not anticipated.
• Construction is anticipated to begin 2nd Quarter, 2025.
