Henrico County 2016-2017 Annual Consolidated Community Development Action Plan- as Amended April 25, 2017
The Annual Action Plan is submitted to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each year. The Plan describes how the County intends to use its allocation of CDBG, HOME, and ESG funds in 2016-17 and the outcomes expected utilizing these funds. (Amended April 25, 2017)
