The Innsbrook Area Study was approved by the Board of Supervisors on September 14, 2010. The study area contains 1,351 acres and 8,600,000 square feet of office and commercial space.
The area was re-designated for Urban Mixed Use and Traditional Neighborhood Development in the 2026 Comprehensive Plan and due to its location, size, and position as a major economic generator for the County, has the potential to accommodate growth through infill development. The area has the potential to be redeveloped with a mixture of uses that take advantage of existing infrastructure, uses, and population base.
