Approved Footing Inspection Agencies
Below is a list of outside agencies that have been approved to perform residential footing inspections. Please refer to the “Third-Party Inspector Qualifications and Procedures” document, contact our office at [email protected] or call 804.501.4374 if you/your agency would like to obtain the requirements on how to qualify as an approved inspector/agency. The County approved plans and soils report (if one was required to obtain the building permit) shall be made available to the Registered Design Professional (RDP) for use during the Inspection. Inspection reports (in .pdf format) must be submitted via the Build Henrico Portal.
