Henrico Police Animal Shelter Hiring Event

The Henrico Police Animal Shelter is hosting a hiring event on Sunday, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 10421 Woodman Road for interested applicants for Animal Care Assistant positions. This role is a civilian part-time position focused on the daily care of pets at the county shelter.

Attendees will get the chance to meet the shelter staff, tour the facility and learn more about the day-to-day work of an Animal Care Assistant.

During the open house, attendees can also start the application process and undergo preliminary interviews. Those interested in applying should bring their resume, a valid photo ID and questions!

Please park in the lot to the left of the shelter building, or along the curb directly across the street to the right of the county gas pumps.
