Public Information Meeting: Route 5 and New Osborne Turnpike Improvements

Henrico County Public Works is conducting a study to evaluate safety and operational improvements along Route 5 and New Osborne Turnpike corridors. This study is being conducted in partnership with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the city of Richmond. This meeting is an opportunity for residents to learn more about the study and speak to representatives of the participating agencies and localities.
