The County of Henrico will be conducting a study to evaluate necessary safety and operational improvements along the Route 5 and New Osborne Turnpike corridors. This study is being conducted in partnership with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the City of Richmond. The next step is collecting traffic data.
