The County of Henrico is conducting a study to evaluate necessary safety and operational improvements along the Route 5 and New Osborne Turnpike corridors. Public feedback has been collected to better understand existing conditions and identify opportunities to enhance the experience for all corridor users. Traffic data has been analyzed in conjunction with this feedback to assess current operations and inform the development and evaluation of various improvement alternatives. The next step is to present the various improvement alternatives to gather public input.
