Public Meeting: Route 5 and New Osborne Turnpike Improvements Study

Henrico County is hosting a public information meeting to provide information and receive public input on the ongoing Route 5 and New Osborne Turnpike Improvements Study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate safety and operational improvements along the Route 5 and New Osborne Turnpike corridors in eastern Henrico. This study is being conducted in partnership with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the City of Richmond.
