The County of Henrico will be constructing accommodations to increase pedestrian access and connectivity. The following improvements will be constructed, including: 

  • Sidewalk along the west side of Beulah Road between East Williamsburg Road and Green Hollow Lane. 

Estimated Schedule:
  • Design is complete. 
  • Right-of-way acquisition is complete.
  • Utility relocation is not anticipated. 
  • Advertisement for construction is complete. 
  • Construction is complete. Project completed December 2020.
