The County of Henrico will be addressing erosion and drainage issues within an existing ditch along the rear of the properties along Gaylord Road and Freestone Ave from Girard Ave to Parma Road.

Estimated Schedule:

Design began in ​May 2024​.  Easement acquisition: Winter 2024/2025 Advertisement for construction is anticipated to begin ​March 2025​.  Construction is anticipated to begin ​May 2025​.

Progress to Date

• As of October/November, the project is in the Design & Plan Review Phase.
• A ​second Public Information Meeting​ is being held on ​11/18/2024​, at the ​Tuckahoe Middle School​ from ​5:30 PM​ to ​7:00 PM​.
