Lakeside Area Mobility and Safety Improvements

County of Henrico is performing a mobility and safety study to include:

Identifying and evaluating cost-effective and innovative improvements to improve safety for pedestrians and bicyclists.

Estimated Schedule: (Month Year)

Study is complete.
Proposed short-term safety improvements to be implemented on a phased basis beginning in September 2023.
Medium and long-term safety improvements to be studied further.

Progress to Date

A public information meeting was held on January 26, 2023, at the Belmont Center.
