Permit – Dance Hall

In PersonDance Hall Permits are required and may be permanent or temporary. The Police Division’s Permits Officer reviews and processes permits and permit renewals for dance halls.
Fees
$200 Payment may be made in cash or in a check or money order made payable to the County of Henrico.
How to Receive this Service
- Please completely read through all of the application’s instructions before you begin to fill in the application.
- If you have any questions, you may contact the Police Division’s Permits Unit at 501-7494.
- The following County departments will review this application: Planning, Division of Fire, Building Inspections, and Police Division. Each department has its own section within this application.
- A copy of Henrico Code Chapter 4, Article III, entitled, “Dance Halls” is available upon request.
