In 2025, the Henrico County Police Division launched an online reporting system called Duty Officer Reporting System” (DORS). This is an opportunity for citizens to file police reports via the internet for certain incidents. Please note, if this is an emergency or crime in progress, call 911.

File reports for incidents such as:

  • Annoying Phone Calls/Texts/Emails
  • Auto Tampering
  • Check Fraud
  • Credit Card Fraud
  • Embezzlement
  • Fraud
  • Identity Theft
  • Larceny (Under $15,000)
  • Lost Property
  • Suspicious Situations
  • Vandalism (Not Graffiti)

How to Receive this Service

Please confirm the following to find out if online reporting is right for you:

  • This is not an emergency
  • This incident occurred within the County of Henrico
  • You are not reporting the theft of a vehicle, license plates, or firearms (if so, please call our non-emergency number at 804-501-5000)
  • You are 18 years of age or older
