Henrico's Environmental Action Resource Team and Keep Henrico Beautiful will be at the Charles City  Public Use Area, 1 - 3 p.m., to share information on a new composting program. Bring your pumpkin and while you’re there, shake hands with the H.E.A.R.T. mascot, Stewart the Turtle!
