Pumpkin Composting Kick Off

Henrico’s Environmental Action Resource Team and Keep Henrico Beautiful will be at the Charles City Public Use Area, 1 – 3 p.m., to share information on a new composting program. Bring your pumpkin and while you’re there, shake hands with the H.E.A.R.T. mascot, Stewart the Turtle!
Compostable food-waste materials can be dropped off at the Public Use Areas between 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. beginning Mon., Nov. 9.
