Join Fairfield Supervisor Frank Thornton as he discusses the purpose of county boards and commissions. Also invited is Dennis Bickmeier, executive director of the Sports and Entertainment Authority; this newly created authority will boost sports tourism and manage the county’s growing number of public-private facilities.
