Fairfield District Supervisor Roscoe D. Cooper III will host a Fairfield Forum town hall meeting Thursday, Dec. 18. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center, 1440 N. Laburnum Ave.
