Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: YES! We just ask that they are on a leash.
Q: Are pets allowed in the hot air balloon?
A: They are not.
Q: Does it cost to park?
A: NO!
Q: What time do gates open?
A: 3:30pm is when we will start parking cars in the main field. The park is open all day to the general public.
Q: How many people can ride in the basket at one time?
A: Typically, four people can go on a ride. The weight limit is 800 lbs. The ride operators will max out each ride.
Q: How long is each ride?
A: The ride lasts 3-5 minutes and goes about 30 feet in the air.
Q: Are the balloons accessible?
A: As long as you can step over a curb, you can get into the balloon basket. However, with even the slightest wind, the basket will rock, making it troublesome for anyone with difficulty balancing or holding themselves up. Walkers can fit in the basket. The basket door most likely won’t be wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs.
Q: Is the kid zone free?
A: YES!
Please note: All balloon activities are sensitive to wind and rain.
